I'm back again waiting past the 7 days for my withdrawal to be reviewed. When I cashed out this time it said it would be reviewed in 5 days. Terms and conditions say 7 days. And I don't waste my time on live chat. Again, I just want to be paid according to the terms and conditions of the casino. I have run out of all patience.

As promised, your withdrawal has been sent to our processor: 6/15 Paid $2166 + no Service Fee for transaction #85132096. I would expect the funds will reach your account, early next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
