Waiting again on a withdrawal request approval
I might be a little early submitting a complaint but it is past the 7 days for a withdrawal to be reviewed. I also cannot deposit anymore on any of this casino groups casinos. Don't know why but if I can't deposit anymore then I want to be paid promptly what is owed to me so I can close my accounts with this casino group.
I haven't checked in with live chat because they couldn't even answer my question why my player status was changed to Expert Master. I am no expert or master of games of luck. I have a withdrawal request of $2500 from this casino dated 4-24-2021.
