Refused to pay out my winnings

Back in December I won 150.00 at Dreams Casino. I submitted all documents to prove my identity and all additional information requested to send a check or wire transfer, The Casino refuses to send my winnings to my account because it is a credit union. They are telling me to open an account at another bank to get my winnings. I feel totally ripped off! I have already given them all of my account information and have checked with my Credit Union to make sure they would accept payment. What can I do to get my money?

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you also lost the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

There was no bonus amount on the withdrawal. I used the credits and deleted the casino. Lesson learned.

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

There are actually two issues at hand with your withdrawal...

First, you built your funds for the withdrawal with the help of a bonus you received (the bonus amount was $150). All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, if we remove the bonus, you would have no funds to withdraw. Our minimum withdrawal amount is $100, so in your case, you would need a minimum withdrawal amount of $250 to have a $100 withdrawal. In this case, we have returned the $150 to your account for you to continue playing--hopefully, you'll be able to build your balance further, so you can achieve a successful withdrawal amount.

Next, unfortunately our processor is not able to issue wires/checks to credit unions or any banking institution using an intermediary. If you are able to reach the threshold for the withdrawal, we will need to have wire details for an alternate bank. I'm more than happy to help further with this, should this happen.

Again, the funds are sitting in your casino account, so please continue to play. Fingers crossed, you'll have great luck with this.
