Pending Withdrawal for 2 months

I initially made a withdrawal request for $100 on July 12th. On July 30th it was denied because they said I did not meet the wagering requirements. When I rechecked with the chat team they told me I had met my wagering requirements. They told me to make a new withdrawal request. On July 30th I made a new withdrawal request and as of today August 28th I have still not received an update. I have contacted chat several times and they keep escalating it but still no update. I have written two emails to the VIP Manager and they apologize for the delay and tell me it has been escalated.
