Payment of 15000 has been delayed 2 months


On January 27th I won $15,000 + and I put in for 6- $2500 withdrawals. I had to send and re-send my documents multiple times. I kept checking with them through chat and was told they still needed this or that by middle-class of February they told me they had all they needed. Every time I ask I get the same answer "please be patient and I have escalated your withdrawal".

I'm still waiting on first payment. Their customer service through chat has been helpful but I understand they can only do so much. I believe I have been patient and waited long enough.
