Payment delayed 5 months
I requested a withdrawal for $1200.00 on October 23rd, 2020 from Dreams Casino. November 18th I submitted all requested documents. I have chatted with them many times from October to today, I have copies of all chat transcripts, I am just listing the highlights on this form. On December 19th I received an email from Dreams informing me that my documents are too blurry for them to see the info. I resubmitted all documents again. On February 2nd I inquired about my withdrawal and was told that my winnings were approved. On March 3rd they requested a copy of my bank statement, I sent that to them. On March 10th I was informed by email that they want 2 more details. 1st my bank account has my mailing address posted on my statement not my physical address. 2nd they want to know the date I opened my bank account. This is what I have been dealing with for 5 months. What do they need the date I opened my bank account, it was over 20 years ago. I really do not think this casino plans on paying me my winnings. I have been patient and have cooperated with this casino for months. I really would appreciate it if you could get my winnings for me. I am going through almost the exact thing at another casino, I will be sending you that info next. Let me know what you need me to do. I have all emails and chat transcripts... Thank you
