No payout since August


For most of this year I have been trying to withdraw my winnings ($5000) from Dreams casino via two $2500 Bitcoin withdraw requests. What happens is I submit my identification documents and once they’re approved, I put in a withdraw request for $2500. The request then sits there until my documents expire and then I have to resubmit everything and try again.

I have been in touch with live chat customer service reps many times - 3 times since August alone, and each time the service rep tells me they’ll expedite my request and an account manager will be in touch.

I have yet to hear from an account manager (and I’ve tried emailing the casino directly) and my $2500 request (resubmitted August 28th) is still pending.

At this time, my identification documents are showing as verified/approved.
