Never ending issues with withdrawals
AGAIN. Withdrawal approved on 12-3. Left it alone; hope (eternal optimist, I guess) that Dreams would process the withdrawal properly and AGAIN they didn't. Finally called called and (why am I not surprised) they "overlooked" processing my withdrawal and are past their own deadlines for doing so, and oh my gosh they are SO sorry and they will expedite it for me. REALLY??????????? I think Dreams needs to just put "we will do everything possible to delay your withdrawal request until you start harassing us by phone" in their guidelines. Either that, or I am just on their "overlook it until she calls" list. I can accept a hiccup in the system--lord knows, none of us are perfect. But again, I find myself in the SAME PLACE with this casino EVERY TIME. I said last time that I wouldn't play there again....this is what I get. My new year's resolution: Delete Dreams from my computer and find myself a good local bingo game. At least when I win I know I'll get paid.
