won 10k tried to get paid for over 6 months. Did everything they asked. Paper work was approved. After 2 months they wanted the paper work again because they said it needs to be up dated every 6 weeks. omg so funny. anyway I did what they asked and they kept making up stories why I have not been paid. the last conversation was they can not send a check because so many come back to them and it cost them money. lol So I spent at least 10k there this year and now don't play there anymore. I never got paid after 6 months. I gave up. I had a host but his bs was the same as everyone else. Very nice and always saying he was trying to help me. Stay away they do not pay. btw they say you can only cash out 2500 a week. I never saw 25 dollars!!

the amount was 2500 that is all you allowed at one time. I never was able to get any money. I tried for about 6 months going back and fourth with < full name removed > who is the vip host. Just more and more reasons not to pay. complete rip off!!!! never again

I'm a bit confused by your complaint, as you reversed your withdrawal back on October 17th and you've played the balance down to zero.

I believe this is likely more suited to the reviews section of this site.
