I won $2500 playing slots and requested it on 5/21/2020. I have sent them documents more than 4 times this year since according to them, they never get them .Every time I go on chat , they tell me to send them again. I am really tired of the same thing every time . My credit cards haven't even changed. If they want a new utility bill why don't they just ask for that, instead of having to send the same documents all over again. I wonder what they do with them. I don't always get a reply email after I send the documents but I do have the reference number for the last one. It is: 7433243. Before that , I have records of having had sent them the documents on July 24th, August 1 and August 4. I need help getting my payment .
