June 1 withdrawal not paid. 7-10 day processing time. Chat says they apologize and for me to be patient even though they are over 40 days longer than they advertise to pay me. 4 other withdrawals pending too that have not been paid. How can they operate like this? I need some assistances since I cannot even get a reply email from the casino.

I've checked in on this account and I see that your withdrawal is scheduled to be approved, this morning (Monday). With this in mind, I would expect the payment to be issued to your wallet, Tuesday.
