Here we go again, payment too late once more


You would think I have learned my lesson, but here we are with Dreams again. I submitted a payout for $2500 on June 1st. I contacted chat and was told my payout would be paid out yesterday so no need to escalate it. They claim 7-10 business days..but honestly your lucky if its twice that time frame. I just feel like this casino has so many good things going for them, such as bonuses, being able to request multiple payouts while still making deposits, and the fact that they never just pay partial of your withdraw. However their advertising for 7-10 business days is complete bogus. I feel with all the money and playing I put in with them and their sister companies, that I could at least be paid out within their advertised time frame(which is still at least twice as long as other casinos). If they can get this problem solved I believe they could be the best online casino.

Thanks again askgamblers for resolving this, I did get the full amount. I really don't enjoy writing complaints on casinos that I feel like are honest and legit. I love playing at Dreams and their sister companies. With the dozens of withdraws I have requested, they have never not paid out the entire amounts owed. At the same time, I also feel like with all the money I pump into them at the least I could get my payouts in a timely manner. Thanks again for your help!
