Extreme delay on withdrawal requests


I requested two withdrawals, in the form of checks, from Dreams Casino on 6/29/2020, one for $1009 and the other for $2500. I spoke to casino representatives regularly over the past 5 or so months, most recently today (11/12/2020), and each time the withdrawal requests were escalated, but payments were never sent out. My request is that Dreams Casino pay me the money I am rightfully owed, which was fairly won from the casino.
