Submitted withdrawal 8th September and was offered an express withdrawal payment. when i asked to check the status today the chat advisor said they hadnt received my wire transfer details. strange as it wouldnt allow me to request the withdrawal without putting these details in. ive done it again but feel im getting the runaround and dont want conned out of $400

I've looked into your account and I'm unable to locate your documents, as well as your wire details (I've just sent you an email regarding this). Once I receive your reply with all of the necessary bits, I'll be able to have your withdrawal issued without delays.

all requested documentation was sent on 8 September. Then has been sent again several times. Additional info was asked for yesterday and the email stated it was the last piece of info required. Everytime I am contacted by someone different they never seem to know anything. My case has also been escalated 4 times. Its getting me down
