''Express'' withdrawal payment delayed


Submitted withdrawal 8th September and was offered an express withdrawal payment. when i asked to check the status today the chat advisor said they hadnt received my wire transfer details. strange as it wouldnt allow me to request the withdrawal without putting these details in. ive done it again but feel im getting the runaround and dont want conned out of $400
