Every single time it's a fight to get a withdrawal


Withdrawal approved on 7-19, and nothing yet. Spoke to Live Chat on 7-31; they said 7-10 days to receive my money, so I would (definitely) get it in the next day or two. Still nothing. Spoke to Live Chat again on 8-3 and they said (I cannot tell you how SICK I am of hearing this) 'oh gosh....I don't know what happened. Let us push that through for you'. And as of this morning, still nothing. If there's one thing that Dreams is consistent about, it's making you fight EVERY TIME you ask for a withdrawal. It's either not approved in time ('oh my gosh, I'm not sure how we missed that') or not deposited in time...........have to say, I'm pretty well sick of tussling with Dreams. This may be the last time I play there. Can you PLEASE follow your own deadlines and do what you say you're going to do??????????
