Dreams Casino - Delayed withdrawal and getting no feedback from casino support

So, couple of weeks ago I registered to dreams casino and claimed a no deposit 25$ coupon.
After successfully making required rollover requirements and verifying my documents my withdrawal request was accepted, 100$ was taken off my account.
But as far as I can tell it went nowhere. I wasn't even asked for my Neteller information.

I delivered them the payment information without them asking and inquired multiple times about this delay and the meaning of "manager withdrawal approved" on both contact emails listed on their site but haven't received any feedback from them. I find it unacceptable in this day and age to wait for an email over a week...

I dont understand any of this, manager withdrawal requested/accepted, hoping someone can explain and tell me what to expect, I'd appreciate it

Hi Leo--

I've looked into your account and I see you are from Croatia. Players from Croatia cannot withdraw from free chips:

A 'Manager Withdrawal' occurs when bonus funds are being removed from an account, in situations such as this. This is not an indication of a withdrawal approval to be paid.
