Delayed payout of winnings totaling $90,000


I'll start off by saying that I have been a loyal Dreams Casino customer since 2016ish. I have probably deposited roughly 70k on this site... maybe more. I was a VIP level 3 until my last win... when it was revoked, which blows my mind. I have always tried to be patient with the payouts at Dreams. I understand that it takes time to go thru the documents, verify the payment info, etc. However it has been way over a month and I still have 35/36 withdrawals pending approval and have received zero payouts. I think one of my withdrawals was approved over a week ago but I haven't seen any money. I have tried to avoid filing a complaint with AskGamblers and have talked to customer service many times with the same result. It's always being escalated or give it two more days.. etc.

I'm very frustrated. I deposit here all the time and would continue to play here even tho I have been kind of treated unfairly by everyone I talk to just because I got a decent win. I feel like a third rate customer and I would think Dreams would cater to those of us that spend a pretty fair amount of money on the site. I get phone calls and emails from Dreams asking my why I am not playing lately. The reason is because I honestly feel like my payout isn't coming.

I have zero issue with it taking a reasonable amount to get my winnings. I know that there is a limit to what the processor can pay weekly. However the amount of time it takes to approve my withdrawals is getting a little out of hand. The amount of time it takes to get even one withdrawal is getting out of hand. I requested all of these withdrawals on the same night of my win.

Please help. Tawni has always been awesome about getting issues resolved in the past but this is a big one.

Hi Justin--

Another payment was sent off to our processor, yesterday: 3/30 Paid $2500.00 + no Service Fee for transaction #84313583. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the beginning of next week (possibly sooner).

Your next payment is scheduled to be sorted on the 6th...

I'm going to be having surgery on my shoulder today and unfortunately, I will not be able to respond to anyone for several days. Please know that even though I'm not able to respond to complaints and emails (typing and mouse moving are out of the question), I'll still be in daily touch with our Payments Manager to ensure your payments are addressed regularly. I promise, you will not be left hanging with anything. ;-)

I would like to ask a huge favor: As you still have quite a few payments to be issued to you, it would be a massive help to me if you would be willing to close your complaint. As I already stated, I'll be watching to make sure things continue to run smoothly for you...and of course, if anything were to go off track, you can always re-open the complaint. If you are alright with this, please mention this in your next reply so that AskGamblers can take care of things on their end.
