Delayed payment and lack of communication
I have been trying to get my winnings from Dreams Casino for sometime now. The withdrawl assingned ID numbers are as follow: Request ID 2225099

The 800 number they list is useless as I have left several messages with the requested information. "username and phone number and E-mail address" I always receive a "rubber stamp" answer when I send Emails to their help E-mail. I keep all my all my communications with this Casino and truthfully they have not been very helpful in communicating about my withdrawls. I put in my first withdrawls arou d oct 28th to no avail and have updated them since. I would appreciate any help with this as I would like to use some of my winnings to gamble at their casino.
