Delay of winnings payment


I've been waiting almost two months for my withdrawal. I first requested a withdrawal 11-15-2020. And everytime I inquire about the withdrawal I always get the same answer. "Your withdrawal has been escalated." Or " I have sent a follow on your account." And I get " come back in 3 to 5 business days for an update." Well my withdrawal has been escalated about 4 or 5 times now at least. And i still have no update. And my patience has ran out! Please help me.

You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawal was issued to your wallet, yesterday: 1/15 Paid $550 (0.01535107) + $25 Service Fee BTC for transaction #83604325.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is because you used a bonus to help build your balance. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, deducted from your total withdrawal amount.
