Customer service unaware of account details

I’ve never had any issues depositing and withdrawing if bitcoin at any online casinos. They told me I had to wait 7 business days for approval. First request has been over 7 days and somehow a bonus got attached to it. The second one involved no bonus attached. I reached out to customer service and she tells me I need to verify my account with documents. I proceed to screenshot they are already valid like shouldn’t customer service be aware of that? Out here just telling people whatever without even looking into my account. I don’t ever want to deposit my money into this casino again
