Casino keeps denying my payment after sending them documents several times

I won $1699 at Dreams casino playing slots. I requested a bitcoin payout for the first time on 1/27/2020. I had already sent them documents for which I got a confirmation e mail #3283542 on January 24th. This withdrawal was declined on 2/4/2020. I requested again on 2/17/2020 and sent them documents again . I went on chat , they told me they had the documents and to send them the crypto address, so I sent them an e mail with the crypto address. On 4/5/2020 the withdrawal was still not approved , so I went on chat and they said they would escalate it. Today I went to the casino page and to my dismay , they had denied the withdrawal again and put the money back in the account. I went on chat and all they could say was to send the documents again. I requested the money again, this time by wire and sent them the wire information. I am writing this complaint because I am tired of sending them documents and them denying the payment. I need help.
