Subject: It shouldn’t take 18 months to get paid!
My original withdrawal occurred August 20, 2020 for $2500 - #2793362. I had submitted multiple requests for escalations throughout 2020-20201 over 12 months and Dreams allowed the paperwork to expire. I submitted my paperwork 3-4 times. Eventually, after a year of no movement or payment – Dreams moved my withdrawal from to active funds. I played those funds an requested a new withdrawal to the same checking account that Dreams had made previous payouts. After submitted the paperwork around April or May 2021, it was not until around mid-November 2021 that Dreams told me that they no longer dealt with my previous bank at all. Subsequently, I opened and requested two withdrawals below by Bitcoin.
