Stalling small £100 withdrawal for weeks
Made a request for a withdrawal of just £100 on 23/01/18. On the 29/01 the withdrawal was still pending so i contacted live chat to explain that my card would expire on 31/01 and asked when it would be processed as i couldn't change my payment method or card details while the withdrawal was pending. I was assured that even if my card had expired there was a code that they could submit to my bank to authorise the amount. However by the 2/02 the withdrawal had been returned to my account. I contacted live chat again and was told to request the withdrawal again and let them know when i had done it and it wold be processed straight away, however when i tried it was again returned to my playing balance. Customer support (lol) then said that there was a technical fault and they would resolve it asap and advised me to request it again, which i did on 04/02. Contacted support again and was told on 8th that as my card had expired they could not do anything but send a cheque. However it was still showing as pending yesterday and when i contacted them yet again i was told that the payments team were not available until Monday and someone would be back in touch. The support staff were very dismissive and quite rude, one of them, when i said that i thought the withdrawal process was slow just said, " oh well, can't please everybody" and when i told another that i wouldn't be depositing again said that she was sorry that it had effected my so badly financially! It hasn't effected me badly at all but i won the money fair and square and expect it to be paid in a reasonable time.
