Delayed payment of over £500

I am still waiting for my withdrawals that were requested on the 1st May to be authorised by the site.

I have messaged them after the 5 working days which is their withdrawal policy on their website but was told 'they didn't know why' this hasn't been done and would chase it up. Still all withdrawals are in 'waiting authorisation'

I'm really concerned with the amount of people being delayed their payment and even after their withdrawals have been 'authorised'. There is clearly a major issue with the sites payments which is highly suspicious.

This needs to be sorted today.
