I am writing to formally complain about the delay in processing my redemption request. I redeemed my winnings on 9/10/2024 and it has now been over 10 days without receiving the payment. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no satisfactory resolution.
I have completed every verification process as of 8 days ago. All I get from customer support is a scripted answer and they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor.
I request immediate action to process my redemption and ensure that such delays do not occur in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
