My player id #1857378. my account info, my identity and banking information has all been verified. I received my redemption verification email on 3/27/25 in the amount of $400, I never received anything. Then randomly on 4/3/25 $500 was removed from my player account without any prior warning. I've reached out through multiple emails and got nothing back since 4/11/25 (and that was an automated response) I did call the support number twice before it was disconnected and was told that all of my money would be deposited in my connected bank account to just be patient. I've emailed living pixels LLC, the parent company of dingdingding. com and have also not received any response. I have copies of all email interactions, but all other proof of any transactions or balances on my account was removed by the website.
