I've been waiting for a redemption of $2,000 since March 22, 2025. This was before DingDingDing went rogue. I've contacted their support through email several times and I keep getting the same copy and pasted response. The phone they provide for immediate assistance is no longer a valid phone number. There is no more live chat support on the site. I'm fully verified.
If they aren't going to honor my redemption, I wish they would just tell me. There is no way to contact them directly and I'm sure there are thousands of people in the same dilemma that I am in.
I just want what they owe me. I redeemed before the law change. I attached evidence of this.
