On March 23rd I made a redemption of $200 and received an email saying that I would get a phone call within 48 hours to verify my identity. Or I could call so I called spoke to someone. They said that I would still be getting a phone call about my redemption but they could see that it was approved. I waited 2 days. No phone calls. So I called again and they said that facing them. A redemption was approved and that it would just take app to 10 business days to show app in my account. It has been over a month now and I have sent over 15 emails to their support email address And
On April 2nd until today, their phone number is no longer a working number. So I cannot contact anyone, what do I do? Is there another phone number I can call?
