I called them shortly after that, and the girl on the phone said it could take up to a week. The closer to 1 week came, I began messaging and emailing them without receiving any response. A full week went by, I called again, and the girl on the phone told me it could take another 7 days.
Needless to say, upon the 3rd week, I got an email to call them, but now my phone number was blocked from them. I got another email from them stating that their policy had changed for New Yorkers to gamble at their casino on March 17th. I was now blocked from their platform, and they also blocked my emailing and messaging them.
On March 17th, I registered with them, and they knew I lived in New York when they had me attach my bank card to them. I even gambled a couple of more days and times in trusting them to fulfill my SweepStakes redemption. I am begging for help, I am Seeking Justice, I ask for all my gambled money to be returned to me. If I were not able to gamble at DingDingDing Casino.
They don't deserve to keep my money. I do have more proof.
