On March 18th, I put in a request to get my 700 winnings.
Have a screenshot of the call to their support number and email. The call was placed after the 7 days that the terms say it takes.
All info verified to receive winnings have received before.
During the call, I was told that I would be placed at the top of the list so that my request would be approved faster and that after it was approved, I would receive an email to be on the lookout for it. Then, it could be three to five days after approval.
I received 300 from them the first time.
