Violation of TOS Redemptions Delay
I am writing to report a significant delay and lack of support in processing my cash redemption request with DingDingDing.com.
On January 10, 2025, I submitted a redemption request for $1,400 via the platform's "Redeem" feature, opting for a cash payout. According to Section 9, Subsection H, Paragraph iii of DingDingDing.com's Terms of Service, it is explicitly stated:
*"Where you choose to redeem Prizes for cash you acknowledge and agree that it may take up to 10 business days to process the relevant payment into your nominated bank account."*
As of January 27, 2025, it has been well beyond the stated 10-business-day period, and I have yet to receive the funds. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this issue, I have encountered unacceptable delays and dismissive responses.
**Steps I Have Taken:**
1. **Called Customer Support:** I have called DingDingDing’s customer support 8 times, but none of the representatives have provided any meaningful help or actionable updates on my case.
2. **Emailed Support Teams:** I have sent multiple emails to general support, the Redeem team, and Michael (my VIP representative). On the rare occasions I receive a response, I am told that my request has cleared verification but is still "waiting for final approval." No timeline or explanation for the delay has been provided.
3. **Submitted All Requested Documents:** I have submitted all requested documentation, and I was notified on January 20th, 2025, that my redemption had cleared verification. Despite this, I have still not received the funds.
4. **Incorrect Information from Support:** One phone representative claimed that Section 9, Subsection H, Paragraph iii does not exist in the Terms of Service, which is factually incorrect and further demonstrates a lack of understanding from their support team.
This lack of professionalism and disregard for their own stated policies is extremely frustrating. I have provided all necessary documentation and fulfilled every requirement on my end, and yet I am still left waiting with no resolution in sight.
