It's been over 3 months and I still haven't received my redemption deposit

I have redeemed before at dingdingding.com and My second redemption for $9999.00 I have been waiting since January 4th 2025 and dingdingding.com keeps giving the run around telling me that they are backed up with redemption's and that My redemption is on the priority list for the final approval for payout and thank you for my patience and that I should be receiving My redemption very soon. It's been over 3 months and I still haven't received my redemption deposit into My checking account. And now just a few days ago I logged onto dingdingding.com and there is a message informing player's that they will no longer have sweeps coins for a playing option only gold coins. The redemption information section on their website is no longer available either. I just want My redemption paid to me.
