I won $1,972 at DingDingDing Casino on January 5, 2025, playing River Reels Slingo. I filed for my redemption the same day. As of February 4, 2005, I have still not received anything from DingDingDing Casino but empty promises. They claim that there are a "massive" number of withdrawals that they are working through and that my redemption will be processed in the order it was received. However, I found in their terms of service that I agreed that it could take "Up to ten days" to process my payment, not up to 30!
I previously redeemed $250 from DingDingDing. That time took about three weeks, but it was my first redemption and I was understanding of the verification process involved in a first redemption, and I knew that I agreed to a longer process for that first withdrawal. I won that prize on December 10 and received it at the beginning of January. By their own admission, the second redemption should be released "automatically," reducing the processing time dramatically, but that has not been the case. I no longer believe they intend to pay me this money.
There are many more people on TrustPilot, Facebook, etc, who have not received payments for redemptions made in December and January. Though the support personnel that I reach on their toll-free phone line are very patient and polite, they offer no real answers, and talking to them has been a complete waste of my time each time I have called. E-mail support is worse; they've sent me one e-mail in particular that is so patronizing that it makes me furious. In the email, they pretended that something had changed in the status of my redemption, congratulating me for being in the same status ("Final approval phase") that I've been in for weeks.
Nothing seems to be working to get this casino moving forward and just paying me my money. This is my last step before seeking arbitration through the court system. I'm hoping that you can facilitate my goal of collecting my winnings in full and cutting all ties with this casino forever, as I know of several who don't hesitate to release my winnings promptly.
