On January 18th I submitted a redemption request for 1800.00 and received an email that the would contact me in 24-48 hours to do another verification ( I already did the verification that they all have you do ) and it also stated I could call them to speed up the process. I called them several times and every time I was told I had to wait by my phone for them to call me.
It's been over a week now and I've heard nothing!! I've emailed them several times and always told they will call but they don't. They took a lot of money from me just to play their games but now I can't get what they owe me.
I feel they should refund all my money as they are scamming people
