Redemption stuck in pending status since 26th
I have been waiting for my redemption from DingDingDing since 26th of January. I originally won $100.00 and placed a 1st time redemption with them on the 19th of January. I actually ended up winning more money on the 26th and decided to cancel my redemption and redo it for $180.00 as there was no movement on that redemption it was still in "pending" status on the 26th so I contacted customer service and they canceled it and I redid the redemption for $180.00. I have been waiting patiently for some movement on this $180 redemption but it is just stuck in "pending" status. Customer service reps are not very helpful as they all state the same thing that they are busy and that the redemptions are in order of when they are received. They claim that my redemption is in the final stages and that it just needs to get sent by the final approval team but who knows how long that stage is going to take. It's already been a few weeks and I know they only operate Mon-Fri 9:00-6:00 EST but lots of other places are just as busy but they can get through their redemptions no problem. I just don't understand why it's taking so long???
