Im fully verified and I've redeemed twice in the past year.. Monday March 24th, I redeemed 600 dollars and Sunday night I use there live chat and asked what the problem was. They told me that they would expedite my redeemption and should have it in a couple of days. Today I checked and they no longer offer sweepstakes just gold coins only. My redeemption history was gone and live chat is longer available but they give you a phone number which was busy all day and still is tonight. They provided a email and I emailed them. They answered none of my questions and didn't respond to my last email.
