Feb 24 2025 redemption of 3300 still pending goes unpaid
Hello,
I have been a player at Ding Ding Ding Casino and previously had a successful redemption, though it took a long time. That withdrawal was only for a few hundred dollars, and I did not use a bonus—I played with my own money.
Recently, I accidentally clicked a button in an email that automatically withdrew $300 from my account. Knowing the casino's policies, I understood that the only way to recover my money was to play it through. I did so and won $3,300 on February 24, 2025. I immediately submitted a withdrawal request.
Since then, I have won additional money on the casino, but per their rules, I cannot withdraw any further funds until my initial redemption is processed. This policy seems designed to pressure players into continuing to play and lose their winnings.
I have contacted the casino numerous times via email and phone. They assured me repeatedly that my withdrawal was the next to be paid. Two weeks ago, they even stated that no other redemptions were ahead of mine in the queue. Yet, I have not received my money.
I find it impossible to believe that no withdrawals have been processed in the last two weeks, meaning the casino is either misleading me or deliberately delaying my payment. When I call, I receive automated responses or scripted replies—agents simply repeat, "Your redemption is in the queue for final approval," over and over.
I have already submitted all the required documents. The casino has confirmed that my account is in good standing and that I am eligible for the withdrawal. I have not violated any terms and conditions.
This situation is causing me serious financial stress. I am a single mother of three, living on a fixed income, and I urgently need the $300 I originally deposited.
