I have a redemption request for 4903 SC ($4,903) I submitted on February 16, 2025. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, all I ever receive regarding are email replies of a variation that my redemption is in the queue and will be approved soon. Today, I see that the operator is pulling out of sweeps gaming, at least in the U.S. This is now making me very nervous, especially since their phone appears to no longer work and important information has disappeared from their website. I will be happy to forward any email replies I have received from them.
