Casino has consistently delayed my withdrawal
I initially requested a withdrawal on December 17, 2024, and it was approved on January 6, 2025. However, during the week of January 20, I was informed that DingDingDing’s payment provider had an issue, causing the payment to fail. I was instructed to resubmit my request, and I was assured that it would be expedited and processed within 24 hours.
On January 21, I called support and later received an email confirmation stating:
"We will initiate the transfer within 24 hours, and the deposit will be reflected in the bank account within 3-7 business days."
However, after no approval, I followed up again on January 23 and was told:
"We have received your signed consent form and no further documents are needed. Also, your concern has been escalated to our Account Specialist. While we cannot guarantee the approval of your redemption this week, rest assured your redemption request will be processed by next week. Additionally, once redemption is approved, the process will take 3-7 business days but also depends on your bank’s policies."
As of February 3, I still have not received the funds. Now, I am being told that it will take 14 business days from January 21, pushing the expected date to February 7.
