I submitted a redemption on 2/11/25 in the amount of $2900 and AM STILL AWAITING FINAL APPROVAL. This is my second redemption request on this site. My first redemption was for $1500 and took 24 days from the day I submitted it to see the funds in the bank. Although that is tremendously slow, the casino assured me that was only because it was my very first redemption and that any subsequent redemptions would be much quicker. Why I ever deposited again with this joke of a casino after that first redemption took so long is beyond me. I thought well hell at the end of the day I did get my money.Thanks in advance for your service!
