On January 12th I attempted to make a Redemption. I went through the verification process and that took forever. After the verification process was completed they told me that they still have 14 days to verify me for other reasons to make sure I didn't have a duplicate account. I went through all thier verification processes along with emailing and calling. This casino has went as far as to block my number and they don't even give me excuses anymore about my Redemption they just told me that I'll receive it shortly and it's been a weeks. I feel like it's a game to them. I really think they think that it's funny to hold on to my winnings. I have several emails along with proof of calls and still no answers. The part that really sucks is it was only $107.
