I submitted a redemption request on Feb 3, 2025, for $1500.00 and still have not received it.
Today is now Feb 19, 2025. I call and get told the same thing over and over... they have a high volume of redemption, and my request is in "queue", check my email, waiting for approval.
Never any answer as to when my redemption will be paid. After my first redemption, I received an email stating that future redemption would be processed immediately.
The verification had been completed but that was a lie as it's now been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my money.
