Dreams Casino - Delayed $444 payment

Hi, Askgamblers. I have to make a formal complaint as I have not received my money for over 2 month. All necessary paperwork and information were sent and verified 2 months ago and 2 withdrawals were approved. However, the cumulative withdrawn $444 were not transfered to my account. I specified my prefered banking method but did not receive any feedback or even answeres. I feel like no one of people in charge cares about paying out my winnings. Please, help me to sort out this issue.

I'm sorry for the delays you've encountered with this.

I had your payment issued to your Bitcoin wallet, a bit earlier today: 11/3 Paid $200 (0.027) Bitcoin for transaction #51179960.

Please note that the free chip you used had a $200 max allowable withdrawal on it, so as such, this was the amount of your total withdrawal.
