Delays on withdrawal
On 4/9/2017 I emailed my withdrawal documents to Black Diamond casino and they were received and approved.
On 4/10 I had to resend my withdrawal documents and they were received and approved'
I had an available account balance of $188.83. I submitted an E Check request for $188.00 and it was approved. 3 days passed and my account was re-instated back to $188.83. The E Check did not go through.
I then re applied my withdrawal request, and it again was re deposited back to my account showing an available balance of $188.83.
On 4/21/2017 I submitted an online chat with Black Diamond as to an explanation as to why my withdrawal requests have not been processed....I was told that I had to send in my withdrawal documents. I explained that I had already done this and that they were approved...I was then told to re-submit my withdrawal request...which I did today....Why the run around and delays?
