I want to make a complain about Westcasino as they are not sticking to their regulation. The casino have a pending time 24 h and then should approve my withdrawal. I have won 88000 sek and they have paid me 40000se in 2 weeks. Their terms say 10000 sek/day 50000/sek week and 150 000/sek per month. What they are doing is to want me to rollback my money so i can play them up. But i put a loss restriction on the account so that i dont lose the money if i roll them back. Another irritating thing is that iam withdrawing via trustly so this should be immidiate and its just to approve the withdraw. I also got a email the finance team telling me that their terms are 1000 euro withdrawal per all players on the casino that are having their withdrawals on pending. 5000 euros per week for all winning customers? That is also a lie its just to delay my withdraw. Hope you guys can help me out here.
