Delayed Payments & No Response
I tried to handle the withdraws on my own, but once again I need your help. I finally got approved for the withdraw of $421.00 on 2/21/2018. I am approved for $802.00 on 4/6/2018. I hope to be approved for $1751.09 requested on 4/5/2018. I sent my information for a bank wire, but have not received a response. Ruby Slots finally said, all documents necessary were approved. I will send you my information privately. Thank you for all your time in this important matter. I don’t know what would happen without you. It seems so unprofessional that there is such a delay and lack of response from the casino.
