Delayed payment processing


I am still waiting for my withdrawals that were requested on the 1st May to be authorised by the site.

I have messaged them after the 5 working days which is their withdrawal policy on their website but was told 'they are escalating the issue' this hasn't been done and would chase it up

i have contacted them repeatedly but keep getting fobbed off , with maybe tomorrow or next day , 2 weeks now still nothing

Still all withdrawals are in 'waiting authorisation'

I'm really concerned with the amount of people being delayed reading lots of bad reviews online , i will not be depositing again until sorted

This needs to be sorted!
