For about a month I expect a payment with a dream casino. it is too long. I'm sorry for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

I've checked your account and I do see everything is in order, however, I need you to go back into the casino cashier and request the withdrawal again (your funds were returned to your account while we were waiting for your documents). Once you request the withdrawal, I'll be able to sort out your payment, straight away--you won't have to wait for approval, again.
