Delayed Cheque Payment

When playing at Dr vegas I used a Mastercard to deposit. Now I have to withdrawal my winnings via cheque.

I have been waiting since 10th February 2018 for my first cheque. My withdrawal has been authorised and transactions show that cheques have been written however I am yet to receive any.

I have contacted support every week and this week they said that they would cancel the cheque and resend one out recorded delivery. I am still waiting for my £500 and no tracking number has been sent either.
