My withdrawal at Rubyslots casino was approved Sept. 23 and supposedly sent out by the processor on Oct. 1. This is what I was told the week of Oct. 6 and that I should receive the check by the end of that week (10/10). I was told that I could call back later during the week to get the tracking number. I have not received the payout check via FedEx, although FedEx has made at least four visits to my house. I have called everyday since (10/8) for a tracking number and each time I have been told the number is not available. Today (10/14) I was told the tracking number is still not available but I should receive the check by the end of this week (10/17). It seems as though the check has not been sent out at all.
